Welcome Home!

Encounter is not a building, it’s a faith family meeting in different locations.  In our Brunswick Home Church we meet on comfy couches with breakfast casserole and coffee, as we gather for sharing, teaching, worship, and prayer Sundays at 10am.  Most Sundays last about an hour and a half but we don’t really monitor the time- we spend the time needed to meet the needs of our people that day.  Teaching is done by our Lead Pastor, James P. Owens on video and facilitated by Anne Bosarge, Associate Pastor.  Children are welcome to join our home church as an active part of all we do in this multi-generational gathering.   Whether you are new to faith, hesitant to “go to church,” or looking for something more ancient yet modern, home church might be for you! Below is a video to let you know what to expect.
